What a gorgeous tree. I have been wondering about getting a little live tree this year to liven things up. My Christmas spirit is latent right now. You're inspiring me...as usual!
We cut our tree too. It looked a lot smaller growing out of the ground than it looks in our living room. It was very nearly a Griswald Family Christmas Tree moment--but instead of a squirrel, I found a hornet's hive nestled between the branches. Luckily it was empty. I just hope the cat doesn't chew through the cord . . .
now I want to see how it looks decorated . . . because I know you always do a great job.
ReplyDeleteYou described it as a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree? It makes me smile just thinking about it. I'm lauging right now at how cute you are.
ReplyDeletei love the tree, cutting down your own is the fun. have fun decorating it, can't wait to see it.
