tis the season

i have been thinking about doing a "christmas in july" this july. i could put up my lights and tree. i would put presents under the tree (i still have some from last christmas that i never did give away). i would maybe even do christmas cards. i would play holiday music. i would bake cookies (actually i probably wouldn't because i don't even do it at the december christmas).

and maybe i could order up some snow from mark or dan or sterling.

then, i could, finally, maybe, cool down.

what do you think?

i love the idea. if you really want to cool off, however, go spend some time at my parent's house. it is always sub-artic temps there in the summer.

at least you aren't in NYC with the humidity so high it turns into rain. My poor parents are out here this week having to endure it - although they are lucky that the temps are staying in the 78-85 range rather than the 85 to 155, which will probably happen in August.
