last weekend we met shawn's parents in moab for a quick get-away. it was fun but way too short. highlights:
*we hiked negro bill canyon
*we hiked in arches national park. we did delicate arch, double arch, sand dune arch.
*mikey was so excited to hike to double arch and look for indiana jones' footprints.
*it was cloudy the entire weekend but no rain...in my opinion, the best way to hike down there.
and since we were on vacation, we did not live on our food storage. oh well.

if you were a 'good mormon mother' you would have packed your food storage and taken it with you! you will be through with this food 'assignment' by thanksgiving , won't you?

That looks like soooooo much fun! And don't you know that when you're on vacation your ox is totally in the mire--which means, of course, the regular rules don't apply. :)
so fun! Lived in Utah forever and have never been. Now that we live 600+ miles away it's about we go. That is on our list to do.

Your kids looked like they were really missing my kids there in Arches.. I could tell by your daughter's face!
