so the kidlets ran a 1-mile race in mesquite with grandpa and grandma on memorial day.
they made the paper--virgin valley times.
anna is #623 and mikey is standing next to her in the utah hat.
they both came in second it their age groups.
mikey even had a couple of pit stops at the slides.
good job, kids.
ps. apparently they take after their dad in this area.

you mean they take after their auntie (not kate, me!) way to go kiddos!
I'd pretty much say they got their running skills from the Granquist side of the family.
Maybe Mikey would have run faster if he had worn a BYU hat. ( just throwing that in for Mike. )
