so, for family fun last weekend, we all went shooting. out somewhere by gypsum. and it was freezing, particularly when the wind blew...which was all the time. but we has a blast! and we all came back alive. the only injury was my bruised upper arm from the kickback and not holding the gun properly.
i am sure we will do it again sometime if any of you ever wish to join us.

I'm so jealous! We should have Dan bring his guns! They are a lot of fun. I know what you mean about the cold though...last time I went with Dan I FROZE!!! Maybe we should go when it's warmer!

So, you didn't finish that thought.. what about a family that shoots together? I have to admit, I was fairly shocked when you told me you'd been out shooting...It sounds (and looks) like you had a great time - other than the weather (need I rant on?)

sorry Liz, I don't think I will be joining you on your family shoot-outs. But if you take Katie up on her suggestion of mountain climbing, I'm in!
Awesome- shooting is my favorite pastime for my girls and their dad.
