we were talking about dying (i don't know why) on the way home from church. anna had some questions, one of them being do we keep growing after we die. i didn't quite get it so i asked her what she meant.
"well, mom, if we keep growing after we die then that means that heaven will be filled with a lot of senior citizens and that won't be too fun. i mean, there won't be any kid things."
she does have a point.

It is so fun to hear what our kids are thinking - and to know that they are thinking about this kind of stuff. I think I have to agree with her - that would really be no fun! What insight!
Her little mind kills me!!! I can't wait to see you all!!!
She is super funny! Good luck on the baptism. We have ours coming up next month!
Good point Anna. Maybe we all be striving for hell.
oh, what little kids say...I'm sure we have thought that, they are just brave enough to say it.
That would be pretty boring!!
maybe that is hell...

aaaaaaand, what IS wrong with senior citizens? you just wait! mom
Really how old is she! The things she says I wouldn't even think about. Just think she's only 8! Good Luck
Good point Katie!
I love kids' random question!
I don't care how old I am. I just want my 17 year old body back. LOL
