I love your hair, I can't believe you didn't mention that you cut it! I think you look good, more mature or something, but really good! I love the pic of mikey and anna on the fence, we need one for our fridge! and I love the one of you and shawn, I need one of those too- I think i'm going to cry, it made me miss you.

Liz just clean the seeds soak them in salt water while you are carving the pumpkins and then put them in your oven at 350 until they start to brown, time varies start with 15 min and then go from there. They are yummy just eat like sunflower seeds, popping of the shell.
