i just can't do anything right...

the other morning...

anna (tear-stained face, red eyes and screaming...): "mom, i am just trying to live a happy life and it's not working because of you!"

all because i make her wear clean clothes and non-sweat pants (jeans) to school.

she's only eight.

going on 13 . . . I do not envy any mother of a 13 year old girl - I guess I remember being 13 too well.

Crap.

This sounds exactly like my 5 year old.

Here's hoping it gets better for the both of us.

I'm sorry- that's a rotten way to start the day! I actually think it shows Anna's true talent- the theater!!!

I don't know if I could handle a girl that's why heaven sent me a boy but I'm sure it's not going to be easy for long.

Start buying her ugly pants and see if she's willing to declare you as ruining her life.
I can check the D.I. for you.

Oh, we are so mean, aren't we-LOL? I make Tanner wear pants to school when it is going to rain & he thinks I'm rotten. I have decided to pick my battles!

why is it that our girls like those @#*% swat pants. kenzi does too, and i've had to declare them as "pajama" pants, only to be worn at home.

their jeans are so cute, why don't they like them? could it have anything to do with the fact that we wear pajama pants all day?

ps i didn't mean "swat" pants i meant "sweat" pants. although a good paur of swat pants would probally look better than their sweat pants.
